Help to fund the campaigns on this vital policy issue to ensure that we can run the most comprehensive and effective programme possible.
AIR has joined forces with Julia Carrick Luxury Consultancy and James Chapman of Soho Communications to launch an enhanced campaign, bringing together the retail, hospitality, tourism and luxury sectors.
Julia, founder of FT How to Spend it and cofounder of Walpole, and James, a former Fleet Street political editor and Director of Communications at HM Treasury, have delivered intense coverage on the issue on behalf of hundreds of businesses.
Together, we are coordinating a coordinated programme of advocacy and media activities to build support across Parliament and the regions, and in the regional and national media in the lead-up to the November Budget
Your support will be used to finance a professional campaign which includes:
- Advocacy with government ministers, officials and advisors as well as the Labour Party and other opposition parties
- Mobilising supportive MPs and peers
- Mobilising supportive business and trade groups
- Commissioning and producing detailed and compelling reports and research
- Being the authoritative voice of the campaign inside and outside Parliament
- Coordinating and supporting the activities of other interested groups.
- Media and social media campaigns to keep the issue in the news
